i put in my very first offer ever. i have all my fingers and toes crossed that i get this one. it is so beautiful! neringa thinks she'll hear back from the seller today... i can't wait!

there is definitely scripps green there! i may or may not paint it. haven't decided yet. was going to have the seller do it, but they don't want to. they wanted 3500 bucks more on the asking price just to paint. um, i think i can do it cheaper. but that yellow has to go.
everyone and especially you, better come visit!!!!!!!
$3500 is a rip off, even for the city; i kinda like that shade of green, depends on the furniture, but the yellow room will be an easy fix. may i recommend almond latte?
i kinda like the green too. i'm not sure though. i'll have to go back in and see it again. it may clash with my ugly price is right chairs, but we all know i can't get rid of them! i will most certainly be painting over the bright yellow and will most likely go for a very neutral brown color.
