their deck drives me crazy: their table and chairs are covered and i swear it looks like a witch's hat in the middle of it every time i go out to my deck or the garage! it's such an awesome space... doesn't it just beg for some awesome make-over?!

the witch's hat
this is the neighbor's deck that sits above our garage. since they moved in a year ago, they've done pretty much nothing with it. and it shows. and i never ever ever have seen them use it. i hardly ever see them - i used to joke with the former neighbors above me (they moved out about a month ago) that the deck owners didn't even live in the unit! in the year or so they've lived there, i've literally seen them 3 or 4 times. and i don't ever hear them. so i guess they make pretty good neighbors since they aren't annoying or noisy! but i digress...

i cant believe your neighbors have such a fantastic outdoor space and dont use it at ALL. so confusing to me. call DIY/HGTV for them :)
SAD, FROWNY!! I liked your other neighbors that had a great set-up out there. Bummer.
the other neighbors had a very nice set up. coulda been more creative with it, but ya know... it was way better than cheap-o furniture covered in a witch's hat!!!
i wish hgtv would come fix it up!
Maybe you can buy it off them? Then you can through grand garden parties!
