angie's birthday party

we celebrated angie's birthday on saturday night (nov 7th) by going to dinner at zocalo and having some yummy mexican food and margs. lots and lots of margs! yummmmm. after zocalo, we headed to citizen which was rather lame, but we stayed for a drink or two and then went from there. we headed to hub 51, but the line was too long so we went to rockit. angie decided to stay behind with her bf robert and lindsey & christina took lindsey's sister home (she was in town visiting). so stef, me and kyle embarked on the next phase after citizen. from rockit, we headed to luxbar for more drinks. on the way there, we passed by gibson's and this table of guys knocked on the window to get our attention! then one came out to say hi. too bad they weren't cute... oh well! after some wine at luxbar, stef went home and kyle got a zany idea to go to the baton. which is a tranny dancing bar/club!! oh my... was that ever an interesting experience!! unfortunately, kyle's tummy wasn't feeling good so we ended up leaving early... i definitely need to go back - it was highly entertaining! such a random night, but oh so fun!
