the 4th! of july.

yes, the 4th... as in over a month ago! the 4th was super hot which was in complete contrast to the two previous years where i was wearing a sweater! it was a super fun day in which there was a patriotic baseball game (where the cubs lost), a yummy bbq, friends, fun, and fireworks! in other words, an excellent day!


some dummy decided to create a distraction from the cubbies' dismal performance and ran out on the field!


kyle and i went for standing room only cheapie tickets. i happened to check fb at one point and saw a pic of devs and hubs and saw what looked like an almost exact view of the game from where we were sitting - turns out there were a couple sections over so we went to find them and say hello!


we made p play photographer. look at this cute almost momma to be!


later that evening, we headed to the larkins' traditional 4th of july celebration at the little loft. how cute are these mommas-to-be?! adorable! and yes, in the same cute gap dress!
