one night while we were having a 3 hour dinner in venice, the restaurant brought us several drinks. one of them being a nice prosecco beforehand and a glass of grappa afterwards. in between there was vino.
you should know: mom doesn't drink. ever. she doesn't care for it and just never has. but, we convinced her to try the grappa. which aptly rhymes with crappa for a good reason!

in mom's defense, grappa tastes like total crap and it's thick - like cough syrup. i didn't drink more than a sip of mine either. and my face was probably looking quite similar to mom's. luckily there are no shots of my face!

WHY would you maker her try the grappa if she doesn't drink??
For pictures like this one...duh! Besides sometimes we persuade her to try things...she did it willingly! As you can see, no one is forcing her to take the shot! :)
