otis is 8! holy moly... can anyone believe that?!?! i sure can't...
in any case, we celebrated by spending the day (feb 26th) together and snuggling. i even gave him 2 packages of mousies (12 in all). he loves these things. mom's cat pyrrh loves them and for christmas she gave otis his own package via my stocking. otis isn't much of a toy guy...never has been...but he LOVES these things! they rattle and he goes crazy. i toss them in to the bathtub and he bats them around and around and around... then he carries them out of the tub and plays with it til he loses it under something. i'm convinced when i finally move i'll find dozens of these little mousies under furniture all over the house.
otis also celebrated by taking naps. lots of naps.
i found him hiding under the covers... so cute, so i went and grabbed the camera... he kinda forgot he has a super poufy tail...
poking his head out to see what the noise of the camera/flash were doing...
then i lifted the covers and tried to get a better shot. mooooooooooooom, really?! i waaaas sleeping!
moooooooooooooooom!!!! for reals! put the camera away!! and put the covers back over me!
ok fiiiiiine, i was getting warm under there anyways....but can i get back to my napping please?!
