happy birthday ebs!

as most of you are aware, there were a ton of birthday events around the country for ellen browning scripps (ebs) ... and chicago definitely celebrated her bday in style on sunday, oct 17th. we first met at argo tea which seemed very scrippsie appropriate to me. and then afterwards, we headed to the joffrey ballet where we saw a lovely ballet performance with their all stars. it felt very refined and is definitely not something i usually do on a sunday, but it was so much fun! we had a nice turnout. nothing huge, but still a good group of ladies.
