my first visit to wrigley field!

on monday my realtor, neringa called and asked if i wanted tickets to go see the cubs. she has season tickets and offered me tickets for either friday or next tuesday. both are day games, but i figured friday might be a little easier to get someone to go with me. and i was right! my friend alice joined me for the game. wrigley is such a neat old stadium. the cubs were playing the pirates and ended up winning 3-2. we had great seats in section 229 which is on the first base line. it was such a fun afternoon which lead into an even more fun evening! the reason alice could go with me is because her birthday was on thursday and since she turned 30, she took that day off plus friday. we had her big birthday celebration friday night and so that's why the fun continued after the game, but i'll do another post about that... pictures to come!
