out out damn flu

hi girls... i'm sick. with the flu. got it today. yippee. had a bad workout yesterday and this would explain why. in any case, i am up for just a few minutes... had to rise from the dead for just a spell. i needed more blankets cause i just can't get warm. i have a really yucky fever and body aches and chills. not fun. not fun at all. but my very very wonderful aunt picked up my tamiflu and brought me chicken soup as i couldn't fathom getting dressed and walking a half block to the drugstore myself. i, however, have been unable to eat anything but half a bagel this morning. otis is mad at me as he doesn't understand why i won't get up every 10 minutes to turn on his faucet. if he weren't so damn cute when he snuggled with me, i might kill him and his ultra loud voice. ok, back to bed. oh yeah, and i was supposed to have yet another interview for the same company tomorrow. it's looking like i'll have to cancel which sucks. i hope they believe me... this guy apparently didn't want to even interview me until the two other people i interviewed with convinced him. grrrrreat.
